Healthy Parks Plan for Travis, Bastrop & Caldwell Counties, The Trust for Public Land

The Healthy Parks Plan aimed to improve community health by expanding access to the benefits of parks as well as advancing equity in the region by directly engaging communities with the greatest need. Cultural Strategies was contracted to perform community outreach among Spanish-dominant Latinos. Efforts included: interpretation during community meetings, tabling at public events, interviewing community members, and Spanish translation services.
