Major Donor Program Rebranding, Health Alliance for Austin Musicians
HAAM is a nonprofit that provides access to affordable healthcare for Austin's low-income working musicians. Their major donor program, formerly named Development Council, needed to boost its membership and hired Cultural Strategies to develop a new, stand-alone brand and create a recruiting strategy. Cultural Strategies researched industry's best practices, conducted in-depth interviews with current and potential members, as well as other stakeholders, developed a new name and logo for the program, Pearl Society, based on HAAM's history, and presented a detailed report with specific strategies to increase membership. Other deliverables included designs for retractable banners, presentation folders, and brochures.
