Leadership Training, Kraft
Cultural Strategies was contracted to design a leadership immersion experience for Kraft Directors as part of their Leadership Powerhouse Program. Training included presentations on the Latino Market and Millennials. Cultural Strategies was also in charge of planning and overseeing in-person interactive sessions between Kraft Directors and multicultural Millennials with the intent of better understanding the next generation of new hires. A total of 4 sessions were held in Los Angeles, West Hollywood, and Chicago.
