Houston-Galveston Area Council

The Houston-Galveston Area Council is an association of local governments int eh 13-county upper Texas Gulf Coast Area. They contracted Cultural Strategies as part of a pool of advertising/public relations agencies to provide them with services on an as-needed basis. Deliverables included art direction, graphic design services, and Spanish translation.
