Branding and Messaging, Texas Association of Community Health Centers
The Texas Association of Community Health Centers, in preparation for health reform implementation, contracted Cultural Strategies to study the brand perception of community health centers among existing and prospective patient audiences. Cultural Strategies designed and executed statewide market research taking into consideration the demographic diversity of their patient population. Based on research results, it developed targeted messaging and imagery, testing it through multilingual focus groups and in-depth interviews across Texas.
