Have worked on every Open Enrollment Period of the ACA, providing Spanish-language advertisements (2013-2020) as well as English-language advertisements (2018-2020) for marketing campaigns including radio, TV, newspaper, out of home, digital (Facebook and Google AdWords) and print collateral materials to publicize enrollment services, eligibility requirements, and enrollment procedures for the Federal Insurance Marketplace. During this time, Cultural Strategies has also performed multilingual (English, Spanish and Vietnamese) texting campaigns, provided media buying services, and obtained earned media coverage for Central Health during every Open Enrollment Period.
